Chilengo health post is located in the Mphuka Chiefdom.

At this health post, there are a few staff members led by a Medical Assistant who provides support to people who need to receive medical care.

Some of the staff at the facility are Health Surveillance Assistants who specialize in community hygiene activities and also provide vaccines and some drugs for children under the age of five who have ailments such as malaria, diarrhea, fast breathing, red-eye, and providing contraceptives to women in the surrounding villages.
