Nsabwe Health Post is located in the Nsabwe chiefdom.

Health Surveillance Assistants are specialized in community hygiene activities around the hospital as well as providing immunization and treatment for children under the age of five such as malaria, diarrhea, fast breathing, red-eye, and providing family planning services to women.

When everyone is sick, they go to Thekelani health center, which is close by.
